I know because I’ve been there myself.
I’ve lived through dark days that feel like a never-ending battle, where I was trying so hard to keep my head above the rising waves. I had tried everything – reading books, talking to people, but nothing was working.
Nothing was helping me stop the emotions from swirling around inside me like a rollercoaster that never stops.
Nothing I tried could bring back ‘the old me’. I felt hopeless. Like I would never come out of this darkness and go back to the happy, free from anxiety, unworried life I once had.

But then one day… a breakthrough. Hypnotherapy has showed me the choice of fight or walk away. That’s what I will help you learn how to do, if you want to.

Welcome! I am Tina, a qualified Mindfulness-based Awareness Coach (MBAC) and Level Two Mindfulness-based Interventions Teacher. I’ve trained to teach Mindfulness-based Interventions with Susann Herrmann and Albert Tobler, who co-founded London Meditation™ in 1999. LM is recognised and recommended by the Association for Coaching (AC) and UK Network for MBTT.

I am a qualified and insured Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist, registered with the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy. I have a Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma at The Clifton Practice (branch of the leading hypnotherapy clinic in South West.

Hypnotherapy uses the application of hypnotic techniques to bring about therapeutic change and in a very pleasant and relaxing experience.

I am using hypnotherapy to help you to make changes to your thoughts, feelings, habits or behaviours. Hypnotherapy is safe and natural; it feels just like daydreaming. In this state, your mind is able to take on board new ways of thinking and feeling at deep level. These changes happen easily and permanently.

My motivation to practice mindfulness is a very simple – each moment missed is a moment unlived,each moment missed makes it more likely that I will miss the next moment and live through it cloaked in mindless habits of automaticity of thinking,feeling and doing rather than living in ,out of and through awareness.

Expectations turn up in many forms – from what we expect of ourselves to what others expect of us and we of ourselves- good education- good career- family- children – own house.. As you learn to free yourself from these larger expectations, you can start to notice the smaller ones and not allow them to define your daily experience.Expectations assume a certain result and are future- based.

 

Every time we get angry we get better of being angry and reinforce the anger habit.Every time we become self-absorbed,we get better at becoming self-absorbed and found unconscious.Every time we get anxious,we get better of being anxious.Practice does make perfect.Without awareness of anger or of self-absorption or any other mind state that can take a over when it arises,we reinforce those synaptic networks within the nervous system that underlie our mindless habits,and from which it becomes very difficult to disentangle ourselves if we are even aware of what is happening at all.

Can you feel the freedom that exists in being able to respond rather than react when life goes other than how you had planned?

To truly be in the moment, to not be defined by expectation, requires mindful clarity; a heart conditioned by love, compassion, and empathetic joy for others; and equanimity that allows you to receive life however it unfolds. This may seem like an inconceivable challenge, but it can be your goal, your beacon through the fog of your life. Most important, it can inspire and orient you in how to live in the moment. You simply lay aside your expectations as best as you are able.

Relaxation CD & Gift vouchers

An Initial Consultation is £25 and is advisable so that we can discuss how hypnotherapy can help you and dispel any fears or anxieties you may have about it. This also includes a therapy CD for you to take away with you.

After this sessions are £50 each and approximately an hour long.
Smoking Cessation is normally a 1 off session of up to 2 hours and costs £150
Specific Fears & Phobias will normally take 3 sessions to resolve
Relaxation session – £25 approximately half an hour long
Home visits are available
