We deliver mindfulness training courses in a variety of formats. For example:

  • In groups of up to 25 people meeting once a week for up to eight weeks, each session lasting between 90 minutes to two hours.
  • In groups of up to 25 meeting once a fortnight for three hours at a time.
  • One-to-one, over eight 45 minute sessions.

8-Week Mindfulness Courses are our flagship training programme and a offer a thorough grounding in the theory and practice of mindfulness. Our courses allow participants to fully integrate mindfulness into their daily working life.

Each session combines guided mindfulness practice, discussions around the practical application of mindfulness both at work and at home, and a theoretical exploration of the essential principles of mindfulness.

Participants learn how to train their attention so they can become more aware of unhelpful habits contributing to stress, and learn how to work with challenging situations in a more creative, resourceful and skilful way.

For more senior people, because diaries can be difficult to organise, we also offer  one-to-one mindfulness training as a coaching intervention.
