One-to-One Coaching is specifically designed with senior staff in mind, or anyone who might find it challenging to attend group training on a regular basis due to time constraints or other commitments.

Sessions provide individually tailored mentoring enabling individuals to develop a sustainable mindfulness practice and skills that they can then implement into their working life.

The insight gained during the coaching sessions opens new avenues into creative ways of working with work-related challenges.

When the mind is allowed to settle and becomes naturally aware, a new solution will often emerge which is both more skilful and effective than the usual way of dealing with problems by forcing things through.
