I’m intimately familiar with overcoming these challenges and transitioning to new life stages—in fact, hypnotherapy is my second career. In my mid-thirties I went through some incredibly painful changes, and felt like my entire life was falling apart. But I found myself again, felt peace and excitement and happiness once more, with hypnosis and guided imagery.
