Awareness which gives us an understanding of what we are doing, of our strengths and weaknesses,of our likes and dislikes,of our personality,of our emotions.It is not the same as thought and lies beyond thinking.It is subjective.
Coaching which offers a structured process to support personal development,focusing on the issues that are important to you.
I simply help you to discover what’s important and support you living in harmony with your deepest values.Awareness is the key to self-knowledge,transformation and effective functioning in the world. Because of that,helping people develop and deepen the practice of mindfulness is central to the coaching work that I do as it provides the basis for awareness in all aspects of our life.
